Through mindful movement, breathwork, sound healing, and sacred ritual, you’ll be guided into a state of clarity, grounding, and renewal.

✨ The Experience

Begin with a gentle yet strengthening Pilates flow that supports flexibility, alignment, and mind–body connection. Following movement, sink into a calming sound bowl healing session designed to quiet the nervous system and restore balance.

We conclude with a signature QUERÍDA Sound Bowl Cleansing, a sacred closing focused on releasing your old or lower-vibrational self and consciously welcoming your most empowered version for 2026.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in this wellness experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk

This experience may include physical movement such as Pilates, stretching, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing. You voluntarily choose to participate and understand that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, dizziness, loss of balance, or physical injury. You knowingly and freely assume all such risks.

2. Physical Condition & Medical Disclosure

You affirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in this experience. You agree that it is your responsibility to consult with a physician if you have any medical concerns and to inform the instructor or facilitator of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, or limitations that may affect your participation.

3. Release & Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge QUERÍDA®, its owner, employees, instructors, facilitators, agents, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in this wellness experience.

4. Personal Property

You acknowledge that QUERÍDA® is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the event.

5. Media Release

You grant permission for photographs and video recordings taken during the event to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by QUERÍDA®. You may opt out by notifying staff at check-in.

6. Illness & Health Acknowledgment

You confirm that you are not knowingly experiencing symptoms of illness and agree to participate at your own risk.

7. Acknowledgment & Agreement

Your purchase of a ticket constitutes your informed and voluntary agreement to this waiver and release of liability. No signature is required.
